REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION FEES 2023

 

New Student Application Fee

$850 per student to be submitted with New Student Application

 

Registration fee for returning students

If received by December 1st                $850

Testing Fee per student Grades 1 to 8

Below please find tuition/fees schedule for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

FAMILY FEES
 

Security Fee

Family Obligation Grades K to 8             $1,150

This fee includes what was previously the Y.E.S Scrip Family Obligation.   

 

Building Fund

Grades K – 8                                             $7,500

To be paid over a six (6) year period ($1250/year)

Early Bird Discount if enrolled by June 12th

Please note that changes to the hot lunch program will be prorated as follows as of the following dates:

Oct 15 - 85%

Dec 1 - 70%

Feb 1 - 50%

AFTER CARE / EXTENDED DAY

Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm pick up
PK/K - $1200 / child
Grades 1-5 should register for Homework Club

Monday - Thursday, 5:30 pm pick up
PK/K - $2400 / child
Grades 1-5 - $2800 / child (includes Homework Club, do not register separately)

Due to school programming and events, the extended day option will not be available on the following dates:
  • Tzom Gedaliah
  • Yavneh Open House
  • Wednesday before Thanksgiving Break
  • Asarah B'Tevet
  • Last day of school before Winter Break
  • Taanit Esther
  • Yom HaAtzmaut
  • Erev Shavuot
  • Last day of school

Please note, in addition to the extended day program, we will offer after-school clubs for grades K-5 in the fall and grades Pre-K-5 in the spring. If you wish for your child to participate, the fees for those activities will be in addition to the extended day fees.

TRANSPORTATION
Varies according to locality; must be contracted directly with the bus company on an annual basis
 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Registration Fee is due with registration form.

 

Tuition Plans options in the Parent Locker portal

  • One-time payment on August 1st
  • Semi-Annual payments in August and January
  • 10 equal monthly payments August through May.
 
Payment plans with 3 or more payments will be charged a $40 enrollment fee.
Payments may be made via ACH bank withdrawals or credit card.  Credit card plans will be charged a 2.85% convenience fee.
 
Tuition contracts are due by June 30th.  A late fee of $500 will be assessed after June 30.
 

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Yavneh Academy is committed to providing a quality Jewish and secular education to all who desire it, regardless of their ability to meet our tuition schedule. Tuition assistance is available beginning in Kindergarten.  Applications are available here and must be completed and submitted online by June 15th.
