REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION FEES 2025-2026

 

New Student Application Fee

$850 per student to be submitted with New Student Application

 

Registration fee for returning students

Security Fee

Family Obligation

Grades K to 8                               $1,150

This fee includes what was previously the Y.E.S Scrip Family Obligation.   

 

Building Fund

Grades K – 8                                $7,500

To be paid over a six (6) year period ($1250/year)

Middle School Technology Insurance Fee

Payable in Grade 6                       $350

Middle School Sports Team Fee

Trip Fee

Grade 8 Graduation Trip                $475

TRANSPORTATION
Varies according to locality; must be contracted directly with the bus company on an annual basis
 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Registration Fee is due with registration form.

 

Tuition Plans options in the Parent Locker portal

  • One-time payment on August 1st
  • Semi-Annual payments in August and January
  • 10 equal monthly payments August through May.
 
Payment plans with 3 or more payments will be charged a $40 enrollment fee.
Payments may be made via ACH bank withdrawals or credit card.  Credit card plans will be charged a 2.85% convenience fee.
 
Tuition contracts are due by June 15th or 10 days following receiving a determination from the committee. 
A late fee of $500 will be assessed overdue contracts.
 

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Yavneh Academy is committed to providing a quality Jewish and secular education to all who desire it, regardless of their ability to meet our tuition schedule. Tuition assistance is available beginning in Kindergarten.  Applications are available here and must be completed and submitted online by June 15th.
